Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order. All our products are printed to order and shipped from within the U.S.

Shipping Times

Once your order is handed off to the courier, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, please allow an additional 7-12 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or courier delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. If you're ordering for a specific date, we recommend allowing a little extra time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently offer Free Shipping on Orders Over $75!

Tracking Your Order

When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days, please reach out to us at info@shopquins.com. We're always happy to help!

Lost or Delayed Packages

In the rare case your package is delayed or lost, please contact us directly. Although courier delays or incorrect addresses are outside our control, we'll actively work with you to resolve any issues quickly and smoothly.
